We offer our guests comfortable arranged rooms with a balcony, bathroom with shower and WC, SAT-TV, internet access, a telephone and a radio.

For using the internet, you simply need a network card in your notebook. 

Tip: If you have problems with the internet, it's no problem to ask us for help. We are in charge of a good Know-how especially in this field.

Moreover, our guests have the opportunity to relax in our garden and to enjoy their day there!

In addition, a parking place in front of the pension is available.

Yoe will never forget the wonderful and stunning view to

the "Wilden Kaiser", the "Kitzbühler Horn" and the "Kitzbühler Alpen"!
 

Moreover, we offer our guests traditional austrian food, but also international dishes.

In summer, if the weather is good, we make once a week a barbecue in our nice garden.

In winter, you can really make a large profit from our location. 

The ski lift is about 50 meters away from our house and the loipe to go cross-country skiing is about 500 meters away.

There's also the opportunity to take the ski bus (free of charge) to go skiing in the villages situated near Kirchdorf, 

like St. Johann, Erpfendorf, Gasteig, Griesenau,...
